This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the First Information Report has been registered in Crime Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 and the case is now investigated by the Vellanur Police Station, Pudukkottai District, as a case and counter case.
