2. The petitioner's father Ananthan had moved the maintenance tribunal / R2. The petitioner's apprehension is that his objection will not be considered.

3. I direct the second respondent to pass an order on the petitioner's father's application by enquiring the petitioner in person and by taking note of the objections raised by the petitioner. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
