This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to approve the appointment of petitioner as PG Assistant in Tamil in the fourth respondent school w.e.f., 05.06.2025, and disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary and other allowances. 2.Considering the fact that the appointment of the petitioner has been forwarded to the second respondent for grant of approval and that 2/5

the same is pending consideration before the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent dated 22.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
