ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel 1/4
for the petitioner would submit that though the petition is pending from 2023, now only the trial has been completed and the case is posted for arguments. Therefore, he prayed to transfer the case and also an order for dispensed with the appearance of the petitioner.
2. Recording the same, since already the trial has been completed and the case is posted for arguments, at this stage it is not appropriate to transfer the case. As far as the request for dispensed with the personal appearance is concerned, it is for the petitioner to approach the trial court by filing appropriate application. If any such application is filed, the trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
