ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for both sides that the suit itself dismissed for default on 06.04.2018 and the petition for restoration is still pending before the Court below. The fact remains that as on date, the suit is not pending on the file of the Court below and hence, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
