ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also given a letter to the Registry on 26.06.2025 and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this C.M.P(MD)No.17195 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected C.M.S.A(MD)SR.No.90455 of 2023 is also rejected.
