ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.933 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.11.2023, the respondent Police intercepted the accused and made a search and found that the accused persons were found to be in illegal possession of 30.150 kgs of ganja. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on 10.11.2023, the respondent Police intercepted the accused and made a search and found that the accused persons were found to be in illegal possession of 30.150 kgs of ganja, hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
