4. The order passed by the trial Court in I.A. No. 2 of 2025 in O.S. No. 71 of 2025 is hereby set aside, and the trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of I.A. No. 2 of 2025 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs."
