ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conclude the investigation by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, it is revealed that it is a civil issue between the parties. Hence, by advising them to work out remedy through appropriate civil proceedings, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, since the complaint was already closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
