Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering her representation dated 03.10.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering her representation, dated 03.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that earlier an enquiry was pending on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent and the same was closed. Subsequently, the third respondent has given another complaint against the petitioner, in which, the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the third respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
