Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.

2.It is stated that at instance of the second respondent survey was conducted. All that the petitioner wants is being served with a copy of the survey report and sketch. The first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the survey report and survey sketch on the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
