This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.18/2018, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issue. Hence he prays to quash the FIR. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that out of five accused, four accused are present before this Court and out of three victims, only one victim is present. 2/4
4.Though the parties have settled their issue, considering the absence of the one of the accused persons and two victims, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
