[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the matter was taken up, Mr.V.Madurai Veeran, learned counsel on record for HCP petitioner submitted that HCP petitioner's 19 years old daughter has returned home and sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned HCP. To be noted, HCP petitioner Thiru.Krishnamoorthi is also present in Court and he has also signed the endorsement made by learned counsel on record for HCP petitioner in the case file.
