4. Mr.M.Venkatesan, learned counsel, submitted that he has already filed vakalat for the 2nd respondent in U.S.R.No.8010 of 2026 and has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
