By relying on sale deed dated 26.03.1999 in respect of the land in Survey No.148/7, the petitioner had applied online for a survey of such land. The present writ petition relates thereto. 1/4

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's request for patta would be considered and that an order would be issued on merits within three months.

3. While the petitioner has placed on record sale deed dated 26.03.1999, the patta in the name of the petitioner's vendor is not available. This aspect has to be looked into by the Tahsildar.

4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's request for patta and pass orders thereon on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
