Petitioner for direction under 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 07.02.2013.

2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the third respondent viz., Inspector of Police (Law and Order), Fort Police Station, Tiruchirapalli, is not having the complaint of the petitioner. However, on perusal of the records, it is seen that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Tiruchirapalli, issued direction to register a case, investigate and report. However, that has not been carried out.

3.In the circumstances, the first respondent has to take further action.

necessary instructions to the concerned Police Officer to pursue investigation, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.02.2013.
