The petitioner filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to quash the alteration report filed by the respondent, dated 28.08.2012 in Crime No.80 of 2012 and direct the 2nd respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.80 of 2012, dated 24.08.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case ended in acquittal before the trial Court.
