Rajibudeen : Respondent/Respondent/Petitioner Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (lease and Rent Control) Act, praying to set-aside the Order and Decreetal order in RCA.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, dated 28.09.2011 confirming the Order and Decreetal order in RCOP.No.1 of 2009 on the file of the Rent Control Court, Rameshwaram, dated 17.08.2010.

DECREE : This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Petition, and the record in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.M.Hassanul Bazari, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Kannan, Advocate for the Respondent this Court doth order and decree as follows :-
