PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to direct the respondents .2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner in service and grant the entire benefits from the date of suspension to till date of his retirement as per the 3rd respondents order of Recommendation to the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.R.1/409/2023 dated 30.01.2025 and their consequential communication in Na.Ka.No. A1/409/2023 dated 07.03.2025 by considering his representations dated 22.02.2025 and 07.06.2025 within the period as stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner in service and grant the entire benefits from the date of suspension till the date of his retirement as per the 3rd respondent's order of recommendation to the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.R.1/409/2023 dated 30.01.2025 and their consequential communication in Na.Ka.No. A1/409/2023 dated 07.03.2025 by considering his representations dated 22.02.2025 and 07.06.2025.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the third respondent had made a recommendation to the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to take the recommendation of the third respondent and re-consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
