ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Supervisor of Industrial Cooperative District Social Welfare Office seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to forward the proposal of re-fixation of pay to the first respondent.

2. According to the contentions of the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had attained superannuation on 31.03.2020. The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner's pay has not been refixed as per G.O(Ms)No.311 Finance [Pay Cell] Department, dated 23.10.2017. The petitioner has sent a representation to the second respondent on 25.10.2023 seeking to revise his pay scale. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 25.10.2023 and if he finds it to be appropriate, the same may be forwarded to the first 2/4

respondent herein within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
