ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner for fencing the Shahul Hameed Padusha Andawar @ Kadir Oulia Darga's Waqf property situated in S.No.4, Block 20, T.S.No.1796 in Keezhaveeraragapuram Village, Melapalayam, Tirunelveli by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
