Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of passport. He was involved in a criminal case but then, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) informs the Court that final report has been filed dropping action in the matter. Thus, there does not appear to be any other impediment. 3.The first respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application and issue passport to the petitioner subject to fulfillment of other usual formalities.
