ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Village Health Nurse seeking to regularise the period of suspension between 07.11.2006 and 07.02.2009.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the charges as against her have been dropped and the criminal case has also ended in acquittal. She has sent a representation on 27.02.2023 seeking to regularise the period of suspension.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court that in a proceedings, dated 25.11.2023, the first respondent has directed the second respondent to pass orders with regard to the regularisation of period of suspension. 2/4

4. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to regularise the period of suspension in terms of fundamental rules that are applicable to the writ petitioner and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
