ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner challenges the impugned survey notice on the ground set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner need not have any cause for worry. This is because, the outcome of survey exercise can only be earmarking and showing the four boundaries and nothing else. The survey sketch and survey report will have to be served on the parties concerned. No one can be dispossessed as a result of the survey exercise. In any event, the petitioner is permitted to make his objection and the third respondent shall pass a speaking order on the petitioner's objections.

3. With this observation and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 18.12.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
