ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put on notice all interested parties including the private respondents herein before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
