ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take suitable action against the 5th respondent for committing violation to the terms and condition imposed in the order of the 1st respondent vide order No. 455/Pumasu/2016 dated 19.11.2023 by cancelling the existing permission granted in favour of the 5th respondent based on the representation dated 02.12.2023 forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the short term permission for a period of three months for removing the excess soil granted through proceedings dated 19.11.2023 from 19.11.2023 to 18.02.2024 has come to an end. By referring to the written instructions 2/4
of the 2nd respondent dated 30.01.2026, the learned counsel would submit that no excavation noticed outside the permitted area and in order to avoid law and order problem the permit was stopped and no further permits were issued.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
