This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2025 in CSR No.1138 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending in CSR No.1138 of 2025 to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
