By relying on a sale deed dated 04.12.1984, a judgment and decree dated 07.07.1992 in O.S.No.303 of 1985 and patta Nos.3915 and 3909, the petitioner applied online for the conduct of a survey in respect of land in survey Nos.41/1 and 41/1B. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. On written instructions, learned Government Advocate submits that objections have been raised by the owners of adjacent lands.

3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the relevant properties. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request. Before taking a decision in the matter, in view of objections raised by adjacent landowners, it is necessary to issue notice to the adjacent landowners and consider their objections, if any.
4. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey and take all necessary measures in relation thereto within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the relevant adjoining landowners and the joint pattadars. If necessary, the revenue officials may take the assistance of jurisdictional police. No costs.
