The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to make proper enquiry by issuing Look Out Circular based on Petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is underway.

3.Let the above said representation/complaint given by the petitioner be enquired and disposed of within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and co-operate them to complete the process of the enquiry.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
