2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the trial in S.T.C.No.386 of 2011, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.V, Tirunelveli, has been completed and the same has ended in acquittal.

3.In view of the above subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
