This petition is filed to call for records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.131 of 2012 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 1st respondent, after completing the investigation of the Crime No131 of 2012, has filed a charge sheet before the concerned court and it was not taken on file.
