ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.12.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.12.2023, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.265/Camp-PG/COP/Me2023 and the same was closed on 29.01.2024.

3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
