This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in FIR in Crime No.114/2023 on the file of the third respondent to any other specialized agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach 2/4
