O R D E R

The petitioners herein are the accused in Crime No.4 of 313, on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, (AntiLand Grabbing Special Cell), Theni. The petitioners filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., in which, they are seeking relief to quash the F.I.R. registered in the above said crime number.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents are present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 28.12.2017 for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 294 (b), 447 and 506(ii) IPC. Since no stay is granted at the time of filing this application, the charge sheet has been filed by the first respondent is not wrong. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners represented that the petition may be closed with liberty to raise a same objections mentioned in the application before the Trial Court.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise same objections before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
