ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner challenges the impugned enquiry report under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. The enquiry report as such is not amenable to challenge. Of-course, when consequential action such as surcharge proceedings etc. are taken, the petitioner can challenge the consequential action on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. In other words, all the contentions and defences of the petitioner are left open.

3. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20.12.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
