ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to R4 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. As and when the petitioner files any civil suit, it shall be numbered immediately by the jurisdictional civil Court. The petitioner is also at liberty to file IA. IA shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible by the learned trial Judge. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
