O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take necessary legal action against the 4th respondent in the light of the petitioners representation dated 23.09.2023 within a stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry it is revealed that it is a dispute between the parties over money transaction and a suit in O.S.No.90 of 2023, is pending between them. Therefore, by advising them to work out remedy in the pending civil suit, the complaint of the petitioner was closed on 18.11.2023.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that when the petitioner has expressed his willingness to return the money, the private respondents have abused him by calling his caste name.

4. Since it is submitted that enquiry was already closed, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy in accordance with law. There is no question of granting relief in this petition.
