ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents/respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2023 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Recording the above submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose this Writ Petition by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
