This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime NO.180 of 2012 by altering Section under Section 304(A) I.P.C. within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the case has been altered into Section 304(A) I.P.C.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent is directed to file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
