ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2023 and directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take necessary legal action in connection with the installation of Airtel Mobile Tower being erected in Re-Survey No.660/1 at Vadakku Vaduganpatru, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 02.12.2023, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 and 4 2/4

and after affording due opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
