Respondents in all W.Ps., COMMON PRAYER :-Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.Nos.8103/A-1/2025 and 7917/A-1/2025, dated 02.08.2025 and 29.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all continuation service benefits and monetary benefits to the petitioner from 02.08.2025 abd 29.07.2025 respectively till the date of reinstatement.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the orders of suspension have been revoked and the petitioners have also been reinstated into service with effect from today (07.11.2025). 3.In view of the aforesaid specific statement of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, there is no further adjudication is required to be made in these Writ Petitions.
