By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the revision petition filed by the fourth respondent before the first respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the said revision petition would be considered and disposed of on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3. In view of the nature of relief claimed in this Writ Petition, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition on merits within three (3) months from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and any other persons concerned. No costs.
