ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The shop built by the petitioner was demolished by the corporation. The petitioner was a licensee. The shop belongs to the corporation. The petitioner now seeks allotment of an alternative shop. The learned standing counsel on instructions states that the petitioner has to participate in the public auction and take allotment. It is not possible for the respondents to give alternative shop to the petitioner. The petitioner has no legal right as such. I am not in a position to grant relief. This writ petition is dismissed. The deposit amount of the petitioner shall be returned to him as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
