PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to enquire and dispose of pending proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa. 2/4180/2021 dated 06.06.2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent office to issue joint patta including all legal heirs of Late Pappammal in respect of lands bearing Survey No.94/2 of Kalugumalai village and Survey No.398/1 and 398/2 of K.Venkatesapuram Village within the time limit as fixed by this court.

ORDER

By asserting that the name of the petitioner's mother was erroneously not included in the pattas issued under patta Nos.1094 and 700 in relation to land in S.No.94/2 of Kalugumalai Village and S.Nos.398/1 and 398/2 of K.Venkatesapuram Village, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 12.04.2021. The present writ petition relates thereto. 2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the second respondent is awaiting the report of the Tahsildar and that orders would be issued within three months. 3.In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry and issue a speaking order in relation to the petitioner's representation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadhar under patta Nos.1094 and 700. No costs.
