ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the his representation dated 27.08.2025 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1, 2 and 4. Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the third respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he made a representation to the respondents on 27.08.2025 seeking demolition of the dilapidated building put up on his land. Since the said representation has not been considered, he has filed the present writ petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the third respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the third respondent in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants, and after verifying the condition of the building.
