Heard both sides.

2. The relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that while he is actually the trustee, some other persons also claim to be the trustees of the property in question. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court to establish his rights in the manner known to law. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
