This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to conduct further investigation and include all the offences as made out in the complaint in Crime No. 27 of 2023 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that after investigation, charge sheet was filed and the same is pending in C.C.No.13 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
