C-60.To relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP.(MD). No.12667 of 2025 in Crl O.P.(MD). No.12622 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025 and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP.(MD).No.12667 of 2025 in Crl O.P.(MD). No.12622 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the this is the second petition for relaxation and petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has signed twice a day for nearly 40 days, thereafter, he got relaxation to sign once a day and has signed once a day for about 10 days. Totally, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 65 days. Further, the investigation is pending and the petitioner has no previous case.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 65 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl MP.(MD).No.12667 of 2025 in Crl O.P.(MD). No.12622 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl MP. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

(MD).No.12667 of 2025 in Crl O.P.(MD). No.12622 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.''
