This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6735 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6447 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that charge sheet was filed before the trial Court.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 6735 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6447 of 2025 dated 09.06.20256 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court in all the hearing dates.
