ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.01.2018, neither the petitioner nor his counsel appeared. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 22.01.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". On 22.01.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner was present and represented that he wants to clarify with his client as to whether the suit has been disposed of and hence, the matter is posted today i.e on 07.02.2018. Today, the learned counsel for petitioner is not present.

2. The letter received from the District-Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi states that the suit in O.S.No.469 of 2004 is posted to 13.02.2018, for production of stay particulars or for further orders.

3. This Court has not granted any interim stay in this Civil Revision Petition. Since there is no representation made on behalf of the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
